View Our Top Projects of 2019

As we look forward to rejuvenation and renewal with a new year and new decade, as well as entering our 30th year in business, we thought it would be nice to take a look back at some of our top projects from 2019.

Intense rainfall led to flooding at a local restaurant. It required immediate response to quickly and safely restore the environment and re-open the business.

A frozen pipe caused major damage while the homeowners were away. Restoration required mold removal and complete renovation to the structure. The homeowners opted to do major renovation as part of the process.

A local pizza shop was the unfortunate victim of a vehicle accident. Emergency temporary repairs were required to secure the structure and have them serving pizzas once again.

A large church suffered major water damage due to a faulty plumbing fixture. It was a very challenging project because the water was not visible on the surface of the floors. It was trapped under seven layers of previously flooring that had been installed over many years. All of the underlying flooring had to be removed in order to safely and securely dry the structure.

Major fire damage occurred within this structure. The professional staff at DANE utilized a clear sealer to effectively prevent any smoke odor and restore the "bones" of this house to like new condition.

A faulty toilet valve caused extensive damage while the elderly homeowner was recovering from health issues in a rehab facility. It occurred during a particularly cold period and water eventually froze on both the interior and exterior of the home, causing major damage.

We are ready to help you in 2020 and invite you to contact us for all of your disaster recovery needs.
