Water Damage Renovation at Lakewood United Methodist Church
This iconic Lakewood, Ohio church recently suffered serious water damage in its basement.
The DANE team was on site to remedy the complex problems caused by faulty plumbing in the building.
The entire basement level was affected. Seven layers of subfloor had trapped water, which necessitated complete removal of flooring to provide adequate drying. Plumbing repairs were made and new flooring was installed.
The church basement is now warm, clean, and dry and once again ready for safe usage.
