On Saturday, August 29, 2026, participants from across the region will gather at Stinchcomb-Groth Memorial Hill in Cleveland's Rocky River Reservation to take on one of Northeast Ohio's most demanding endurance challenges.
The concept is simple—but far from easy.
Participants choose their challenge and repeatedly conquer one of the area's steepest hills for their selected duration, pushing their physical and mental limits while raising critical funds to support cancer patients and their families.
Every climb represents determination. Every lap reflects perseverance. Every finish line celebrates resilience.

Participants can choose their endurance challenge and answer one simple question:

As an added incentive, the overall winner of the 2026 12-Hour Endurance Challenge will take home a SISU Eddy Barrel Sauna.
