On March 1, 2023, a fire broke out at AJ Rose Manufacturing Company, located at West 138th in Cleveland.
The fire caused some nitrogen tanks used in the tooling processes and propane tanks used for forklifts to explode, resulting in a high degree of structural damage to the facility.
The threat was contained and brought under control, and luckily no one was injured in the incident.
