Flood Damage Restoration at a Popular Ohio Ski Resort
Drenching rains in August led to local flooding which caused extensive damage to a popular ski resort in Northeast Ohio.
The entire complex was filled with contaminants, requiring a significant amount of clean up to safely restore the indoor environment.
A significant amount of reconstruction was necessary due to the removal of contaminated building materials. In addition, ownership opted to renovate and improve many areas within the resort to facilitate current needs.
Time was of the essence to complete all repairs prior to the opening of the 2016-17 ski season.
